Have your ticket ready on your phone, or the PDF from your email.
- The driver or supervisor may ask for your booking code, or your name and phone number, to check your booking.
- Blue Bus: show the QR code on your ticket PDF to the Blue Bus agent at the gate. If your Blue Bus ticket has no QR code, contact us before you travel.
Your Shaffl ticket and the bus company’s ticket
Your Shaffl ticket confirms your booking. Before departure you can also collect the bus company’s official printed ticket from their office, at no extra cost — just give them your name and phone number.
Where to board
Check the boarding point in the app before you travel — it’s on the trip’s stops and on your booking confirmation. It isn’t printed on the ticket PDF.
