Every seat needs a traveller. Here’s what the app asks for.
- The full name of every traveller.
- For you — the traveller marked “This is me” — an email and a mobile number, so we can reach you about the booking.
- Other travellers’ phone and email are optional.
Some bus companies also need a mobile number for the booking. You don’t need an ID number to book a bus ticket.

Booking for someone else
You can book seats for family or friends — enter their names as travellers. If you’re not travelling, don’t mark yourself as “This is me”; the first traveller’s mobile number is then required.
Signed in? Save travellers once and pick them next time with “Choose a saved passenger”.
